About Us

Dokoozian Construction, LLC is an award winning, Alaskan-owned general contracting and construction management business based in Anchorage, Alaska. We perform negotiated, design-build projects as well as private, city, state and U.S. Government bid projects including large multi-unit apartment buildings, shopping centers, schools, warehouses and offices. Dokoozian Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alaska Mechanical, Inc. AMI is an Alaskan-based contractor specializing in large industrial facilities and other projects. Dokoozian has successfully completed over $150 million in construction projects.

Our people are cooperative and easy to work with. We choose to work with a few highly-capable, hard-working people rather than encumber ourselves with a large, redundant staff. Decisions are made quickly by people close to the work. The lengthy tenure of each employee within our organization provides the necessary experience that offers the services and the decision making essential for every given project or challenge.
