This single-family home is one of three homes Dokoozian Construction built for Anchorage Neighborhood Housing Services. The home is located in a well-developed neighborhood close to downtown and is approximately 1,900 square feet.

This project, a two-story, three bedroom, home with one- and one-half bath and garage, was completed in February 2007.

This project is the first collaboration between Dokoozian Construction and Anchorage Neighborhood Housing with two more, 3100 W. 29th Ave. & 3102 W. 29th Ave., which are also scheduled for completion in 2007 along with Turnagain Condos.

The goal of [all] these ANHS projects is to provide affordable housing backed by quality craftsmanship.
